His experience combines both line and program management experience with over twenty years’ consulting experience at McKinsey, as European Change Practice Head at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) and as Global Leader of Senior Team Effectiveness at Korn/Ferry. Guy holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
