Guy McDonnell

Guy McDonnell advises organisations on leadership effectiveness, executive team performance and organisational transformation.

Drawing on more than 30 years of consulting experience, he has worked with boards, CEOs and executive teams to strengthen leadership capability, improve organisational effectiveness and support large-scale change. His career includes leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), where he led the European Change Practice, and Korn Ferry, where he served as Global Leader of Senior Team Effectiveness.

Clients value Guy's ability to create the conditions for meaningful dialogue, fresh insight and lasting change. His work has included leadership development programmes for senior executives at organisations including Unilever and AstraZeneca, executive team effectiveness engagements with global financial institutions, and leadership and organisational transformation initiatives across healthcare, consumer and biotechnology sectors.

Guy holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
