


Natalie MACAULAY
Natalie Macaulay advises boards, investors and executive teams on executive search, succession planning, leadership assessment and organisational effectiveness.
She brings more than 30 years of experience spanning executive search, leadership consulting and senior HR advisory roles. Most recently, Natalie was a leader within Russell Reynolds Associates' Global CHRO Practice and Industrial & Natural Resources Sector, supporting clients ranging from private equity-backed businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Earlier in her career, she served as UK Managing Director of a leadership consulting firm and held senior HR leadership roles with Shell Canada, Vodafone, News International, ABN AMRO and Bass Brewers. Natalie also served as a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy, where she was part of a ship-based leadership team.
Natalie holds a BSc in Geological Oceanography from the University of Wales and an MSc in Human Resources from Portsmouth Business School. She graduated from Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, where she received the Queen's Binoculars award. Natalie is recognised as both CHRP (Canada) and CIPD (UK) and is certified in a range of leadership assessment methodologies. She has contributed to published works on leadership and strategic people management, including KPMG's That'll Never Work.
