Based in the UK, Natalie is a dual citizen of the UK and Canada.  Natalie has over 20 years of consulting experience in leadership development, team facilitation, and executive search.  Most recently with Russell Reynolds, based in Canada, where she was a leader within the firm’s Global CHRO Practice and Industrial and Natural Resources Sector. She specializes in executive search and leadership assessment and succession planning for clients ranging in size from private equity backed ventures to Fortune 500 corporations.

 

Earlier in her career Natalie served as Partner and UK Managing Director at a boutique consulting company and senior HR advisory roles for Shell Canada, Vodafone, News International, ABN AMRO and Bass Brewers. Additionally, Natalie served as a Lieutenant in the British Royal Navy where she worked as part of a ship-based leadership team.

 

Natalie received her Bachelor of Science in Geological Oceanography from the University of Wales; graduated from the Britannia Royal Naval College at Dartmouth, where she received the Queen’s Binoculars, and received her Masters of Science in Human Resources from Portsmouth Business School in the UK.

 

Natalie has been recognized as CHRP (Canada) and CIPD (UK) and is trained and certified in a number of leadership and assessment psychometric tools.  Natalie recently featured as part of a KPMG book called “That’ll Never Work” featuring entrepreneurial leaders and also contributed to the book, “Contemporary Themes in Strategic People Management” published by Palgrave MacMillan.
