Tim COOK

Tim Cook advises organisations on the appointment, assessment and development of senior technology, digital and cyber security leaders.

Based in London and Dubai, Tim brings more than 25 years of executive search and leadership assessment experience gained at Egon Zehnder and Russell Reynolds Associates, where he co-led the Global Cyber and CIO Practices. His work focuses on helping boards and executive teams define, assess and secure leadership capability in increasingly digital and risk-sensitive environments.

Tim's assignments span CIO, CTO, cyber security and broader technology leadership roles across sectors and international markets. Prior to executive search, he held leadership positions in both large and emerging technology businesses, including Fujitsu Services and Cherwell Scientific, where he served as CEO. Earlier in his career, he served in the UK Ministry of Defence.

Tim is the creator of the Cyber Leader Assurance Model (CLAM), a framework widely used in leadership assessment and executive search. He also founded the Cyber and Information Risk Officers (CIRO) initiative, which supports organisations in defining excellence in cyber leadership.
