Greg Cowling is Managing Partner at London Search Associates. He brings more than 30 years of experience advising boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams on leadership, transformation and organisational performance.

Prior to founding London Search Associates, Greg spent a decade as a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he led Board and CEO assignments across the industrial sector. Earlier in his career, he served in the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit within the Cabinet Office of UK Government, advising on policy relating to London and its economic development.

Greg previously held senior consulting roles at KPMG and Ernst & Young, leading transformation programmes for industrial and technology organisations internationally. He began his career in research and development with Metal Box (now Crown Holdings) and the UK nuclear power sector.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Engineering from Brunel University and has undertaken executive studies at Henley Management College and Cambridge Judge Business School. Greg is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, a Chartered Engineer, and a former member of the Institution's Professional Review Committee. He speaks French and Russian.
