Greg Cowling, is Managing Director of London Search Associates. Greg brings over 25 years of working with boards and CEOs of major global companies in strategy consulting and search. For the last decade, as Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates in London, Greg led on Board and CEO work and specialised in the industrial sectors.

Prior to his search career, Greg was appointed to the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit in the Cabinet Office, advising on all aspects of UK Government policy towards London. Before this, as Director of Consulting at KPMG and then E&Y, Greg delivered on the transformation of industrial and technology clients worldwide. Greg started his career in Research & Development with MetalBox (now Crown Inc.) and the UK Nuclear Power sector.

Greg has a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) in the Special Engineering Programme from Brunel University and also studied at Henley Management College and Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.  He is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, a Chartered Engineer, and has served on the Professional Review Committee for the Institution.  Greg speaks French and Russian.
